- Currently pursuing Doctoral research from Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad with emphasis on Fiber Reinforced Concrete.
- Has industry experience of 3.5 years as Stress Analyst in GE India.
- Guiding projects in the area of Behaviour of Non-flexural members; Fiber reinforced concrete; Low cost, eco friendly building materials.
- Life Member in Institution of Engineers (India).
- Apart from academics, contributes with admin responsibility as Academic Coordinator.
- Actively involved in curriculum design/ development for the courses Design and Drawing of Steel Structures, Structural Dynamics, Earthquake Resistant Design of Structures.

- Performance evaluation and modeling of HYFRHC (Hybrid Fibre Reinforced High Strength Concrete)
- Performance evaluation & modeling of HYFRC (Hybrid Fibre Reinforced Concrete) bottled shaped struts in deep beams.
- Has significant industry/institution experience of over 3.5 years.
- Been working at MVGR since March 2011.
