FYFP – MVGR Conducts Cultural, Literary and Technical Event Competitions for School Children under Project VIKAS

From The Youth For the People (FYFP) is a Student Initiative Body formed to promote volunteerism in serving the need and serving for the cause.  It has initiated three projects namely Project Kitab, Project Vikas and Project Sethu. Under Project Kitab, the body takes up various activities such as collecting used books and get them recycled to distribute to the needy school students every year.  Under Project Sethu, it holds intellectual sessions to the students and connects the intellectual core to the upcoming talent to flourish.  Under Project Vikas, the volunteers of the Body go to all the school and understand their academic needs and support to the school teachers in delivery mechanism or in providing material support for better teaching learning process.

 

As usual, on the occasion of Children’s Day for the year 2023, the FYFP has conducted various competitions to the school children of Chintalavalasa and Gundala Peta villages and encouraged students to inculcate and develop interest in cultural, literary, sports and technical activities.

The teams along with its Coordinator Mr. K. Satyannarayan Raju visited the ZPH Schools in Chintalavalasa and Gundala Peta in its first phase and held competitions in  Quiz, Running, Essay Writing, Frog Jump, Spell a word, Lemon and Spoon, Telugu Padhyalu, Kho-Kho, Drawing, Musical Chair and Podupu Prashnalu. The winners will be given away the prizes on Children’s Day.
